West Coast Smokin’ Oysters, Jalapeño Pesto


This has a mild hit of jalapeño balanced off by the right amount of garlic and Parmesan cheese. Spiciness would be classified as 2 out of 5. With 5 being Spicy.

This is great on its own or for making your own smoked oyster pate. Just use an 8oz package of cream cheese with a 1/2 cup to a cup of plain Greek yogurt and a pack of Jalapeño Pesto Smokin' Oysters. Place in a blender or food processor and you will be the hit of the party!
